WHY not the 8th Wonder?!

Word up...
Genting won the bid for the IR in Singapore. Seriously. They sold it to genting rather than an American company... what are they thinking!

Canberra just put a restriction on hand carry luggage on flights to Australia. Sigh. Now, there's a further restriction on the amount of fluid you can carry on board the plane - 100ml. It has to be put in a clear plastic bag and declared. Argh. Yeah it's for safety reasons, but why........Australia.......why........the hassle.........

Dad drove down orchard road today to check out the Christmas light up. Quite disappointing... Acutally, very disappointing... The street seemed to be more lavishly decorated than the malls. Centrepoint didn't seem to even want to try to look good this year... Bleah... Disappointing...
