Monday...
Mondays this year seem to be surprisingly good. Went for my lectures this morning, grabbed a cup of coffee with Andrea, wasn't moody for once haha...
Andrea's my closest friend in uni. I tell her everything, and she tells me everything, from KFC's methods of cooking, to the various ways of remembering the wacky names of bacteria. We sat through French lessons in year 1, every single 8am lecture in year 2, every 3 hour anatomy lab, the gruelling hours studying for exams, suffering overpriced yucky guild food for lunch, classes at the gym, the misery of a winter's evening walking back after class, and this year, the long double immunology/pharmacology double lectures, the nice coffee at terrazza, and of course pigging out at my favourite place along hampden road - Dome! We've gone through huge steps in life together, from her moving out of her parents place to live with Matt, and me moving out of college to live off-campus, to decisions on trips to the hair-dresser's.
The ONLY thing I miss about Perth when I'm back in Singapore for summer is chatting and hanging out with her (but of course, I miss my pretty car too :) )...
Alrighty back to work! With all the new post-grad med students around, there's more competition... So I guess the only way to get high distinctions is to bring out the inner mugger... hahaha!

P.S. Do you know that a Dermatologist earns more than 1 million buckaroos a year?! WOW... Sounds good don't you think... :)
